Conscious Data Inc. is a female owned and operated company that specializes in ethical and participatory data collection on human rights, perceptions and experiences for planning, evaluation and learning.

Officially founded in 2020, the company draws upon 25 years of research and evaluation experience of its founder and President, Dr. Pamela Wridt and over a decade of evaluation, research and public health experience of its Vice President, Shale Maulana, MPH. The company works with consultants as needed to execute projects, such as graphic designers and youth researchers.
